How to Enter

Getting Ready

Your entry can be a(n):

  • essay (suggested length 3-5 pages, double-spaced)
  • video
  • media-style interview
  • comic book
  • or... you decide!

The topic must be ombudsman-related. You can choose from our list of suggested topics or come up with your own. If your teacher assigns you a topic for the contest, then use that one.

Deadline

To be considered, your entry needs to be in our office by 5:00 p.m. on October 5, 2009.

Sending in Your Entry

Your entry can be on paper or electronic and you can send it by mail, fax or e-mail.In all cases, you must include a completed and signed entry form.

Note: It is important that you keep a copy of your entry just in case it doesn't reach us and you need to resend it.
