We take complaints against provincial government ministries, agencies, Crown corporations, boards and commissions. If you think any of these have been unfair to you, you are welcome to contact us.

Before You Contact Us… There are some steps you can take to try to solve the problem yourself.

You may contact us by phone, fax, mail, online or in person. If you prefer to make your complaint online, we invite you to use our secure online form. To contact us by fax or mail, you can print and complete our printable complaint form and send it to us.

If you would like to come to our office, it is best to make an appointment first.

Office Hours

Both office locations are open Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Please note that Summer Hours will be in effect for the months of July and August. Our office will be open Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. 12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

The offices are closed on weekends and statutory holidays.
