We take complaints against provincial government ministries, agencies, Crown corporations, boards and commissions. We also take complaints about municipalities. If you think any of these have been unfair to you, you are welcome to contact us.

Both office locations are open Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The offices are closed on weekends and statutory holidays.

Summer Hours

From June 1 - August 31 both locations are open Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. 12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
